Australian Made Test Cassette
The AUD20 has been produced to assist the hi-fi enthusiast and the tradesman. It offers a range of tests to determine and correct faults in cassette decks. These tests can be performed without technical knowledge or costly test equipment.
For the tradesman this tape can be used for fault diagnosis so as not to risk damage to proper alignment and test cassettes.
Test signals on tape:
- 1kHz sine wave for 6 minutes.
- 5KHz sine wave for 6 minutes.
- 2.5kHz sine wave, suppressed for 10 seconds every 50 seconds for 6 minutes.
- 0.2 second beep every 10 seconds for 6 minutes.
