To match the belt you want:-
1. IF BELT IS BROKEN:
Place on ruler and measure total length. Refer to our conversion table below and locate the length. The table will then give you the diameter measurement for that particular length.
or divide total broken length (circumference) by 3.142 to give you the diameter.
e.g. 251mm (Total Length) ÷ 3.142 = 80mm (Diameter).
2. IF BELT IS INTACT:
Squeeze belt together, place on ruler and measure. Double this reading to give total length. Refer to our conversion
table below and locate the length. The table will then give you the diameter measurement for that particular length. e.g.
if belt measures 125.5mm, double this reading is 251mm then diameter is 80mm.
or double the reading to give total length, then divide by 3.142.
e.g. 125.5mm x 2 = 251mm (Total Length) ÷ 3.142 = 80mm (Diameter).
Recommendations - If in any doubt:
a) It is recommended to select the next size down if you can not find the exact size required.
b) Select the appropriate belt from the following belt pages and order by Our Code.
most cases, if your belt feels very stretched or gummy then select the belt 2 sizes down from your calculated size.
