New TradeTech appointments
TradeTech continues to expand and we have recently appointed two new staff members to our customer service team. We welcome Faye Wong and Donna Wallace.
Faye Wong
Faye is our new Customer Service Supervisor. She comes to us from Agoge Recruitment where she was part of a small team and involved in all aspects of the company from business development to account management and customer service. Prior to that she worked at Syntec - a high end audio video company. This experience plus her great skills and sunny personality make her the ideal person to lead the TradeTech Customer Service Team.
Donna Wallace
Donna is the most recent addition to our customer service team.
After 32 years working in the court system, initially as Deputy Registrar for the Criminal Section at Otahuhu Court and then at the Papakura District Court as a team leader for the collections Department Donna decided it was time for a career change.
She moved into customer service working at DHL as a call centre operator and then at Huhtamaki Moulded Fibre as a customer representative. Donna has brought a high level of competency and experience to her role at TradeTech. She is enjoying learning about the electronic sector and relishes the challenge of finding parts and solutions for our customers.

TradeTech has been appointed the New Zealand distributor for Caig products including Contact Cleaners and Lubricants.

LG Parts Distribution
In 2008, because of our service reputation and standing in the electronic industry, the company was again approached and appointed National stockist and distributor for LG spare parts. This was, again, significant recognition by a major multinational of TradeTech’s service capability. TradeTech has worked closely with LG to achieve the hand-over, and now TradeTech distributes spare parts for LG electronic products.
