This is not an isolated case - it happens all the time. And there is almost never an item on back order, all items ordered are supplied 99% of the time. Even though the aforementioned order was only around $100 worth, I still had a bag of complimentary lollies for breakfast. Come on team, spend more time at home. Andrew McLeod in Whangamata has an old amplifier that blew up the other day and after a bit of investigation he decided that the problem was with a diode - valued at 25 cents. He contacted TradeTech and here's what he has to say about the service he received. "Hello The part has arrived, been installed and the amplifier works well. I would like to express my appreciation to whoever did the spade work to check for an equivalent part to the original. It is rare to find someone who has the knowledge and is prepared to go the extra mile to help someone for such a small valued item. Please convey my thanks to whoever was responsible.
